Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships through various sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
- Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to establish trust and create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Create and adjust the branch business plan to enhance branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
- Build a supportive and engaging environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
- Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Candidate Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Experience in financial services and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Track record of success in client interactions.
- Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
