Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through various strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
  • Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and create personalized strategies to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience that aligns with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
  • Create a dynamic and engaging environment within the branch that fosters trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
  • Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a proven track record of success.
  • State insurance licenses preferred.
  • Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
