Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own practice through face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
  • Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and create personalized strategies.
  • Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience.
  • Create and adjust the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and achieve business goals.
  • Build a supportive and engaging environment within the branch.

Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required.
  • Experience in financial services and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • State insurance licenses preferred.
  • Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
