Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media and speaking engagements).
  • Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
  • Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required.
  • Experience in financial services and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • Track record of success.
  • State insurance licenses preferred.
  • PREFERRED: Additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.

Applications for this role are accepted on an ongoing basis. The minimum and maximum salary range for this position is $50,000 to $125,000.
