Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice through various sourcing strategies such as residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
- Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes, ensuring a high-quality, streamlined client experience that aligns with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Create a supportive and engaging environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
- Complete ongoing training and maintain necessary licenses and registrations to stay current with industry standards and regulations.

Candidate Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a proven track record of success.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.

Application Information
