Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own practice through various sourcing strategies such as residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
  • Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and create personalized strategies.
  • Oversee branch processes, ensuring a high-quality, streamlined client experience that aligns with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
  • Create a supportive and engaging environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
  • Complete ongoing training and maintain necessary licenses and registrations to stay current with industry standards and regulations.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a proven track record of success.
  • State insurance licenses preferred.
  • Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.

Application Information
