Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice through face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies such as residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media engagement.
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
- Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Candidate Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required
- Experience in financial services working with clients
- In-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success
- State insurance licenses preferred
- PREFERRED: Additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™
