Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through various strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media engagement.
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and provide personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
- Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
- Support your clients and engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
Requirements
Series 7 and Series 66 required. Experience in financial services, in-depth knowledge of investment products and services, and a track record of success are essential. State insurance licenses preferred. Additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ are preferred.
