Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice through face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
- Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs to build trust and create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience.
- Create a supportive and engaging environment within the branch.
- Complete ongoing training and maintain necessary licenses and registrations.

Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Experience in financial services and in-depth knowledge of investment products.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- Additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
Pay and Schedule
No ceiling to your earning potential, with a multi-faceted compensation package tied to performance.
The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $125,000 annually.
