Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships through various sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
• Understand and address the needs, priorities, and concerns of clients and prospective clients to establish trust and create personalized strategies for achieving their financial goals.
• Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience that aligns with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Create a dynamic and engaging environment within the branch, promoting trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
• Participate in ongoing training provided by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Candidate Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• Experience in financial services and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• State insurance licenses preferred.
• Additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
