Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships to create new clients via various strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
- Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses.

Candidate Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Experience in financial services with clients and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Track record of success.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- PREFERRED: Additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
