Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice through various sourcing strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media engagement.
- Understand and address the needs, priorities, and concerns of clients and prospective clients to build trust and create personalized strategies for achieving their financial goals.
- Oversee branch processes and roles to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience that aligns with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Create and manage the branch business plan to enhance branch effectiveness and meet business objectives.
- Build a supportive and engaging environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required
- Experience in financial services with a strong track record of success
- State insurance licenses preferred
- Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™
