Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships through face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies, including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
Requirements
Required qualifications include Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, experience in financial services, and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services. State insurance licenses are preferred, and additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ are preferred.
