Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through various strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media engagement.
  • Understand and address the needs, priorities, and concerns of clients and prospective clients to build trust and provide personalized, comprehensive financial strategies.
  • Oversee branch processes and ensure a high-quality, efficient client experience by adhering to firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
  • Create a supportive and engaging environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
  • Participate in ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities to maintain certifications and licenses in good standing.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
  • Experience in financial services and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • Track record of success in client interactions.
  • Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
