Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships with new and existing clients through various strategies such as residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media engagement.
• Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
• Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Requirements

You are required to have Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, in-depth knowledge of investment products and services, and a track record of success in financial services. State insurance licenses are preferred, and additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ are preferred.
