Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own practice through various sourcing strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
  • Understand and address the needs, priorities, and concerns of clients and prospective clients to build trust and create personalized strategies.
  • Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience.
  • Create and adjust the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and achieve business goals.
  • Build a supportive and engaging environment within the branch.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a proven track record.
  • State insurance licenses preferred.
  • Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
