Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships through various sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
- Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to establish trust and create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, efficient client experience.
- Create a dynamic and supportive environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
- Participate in ongoing training programs offered by the firm and regulatory bodies, and maintain necessary licenses and registrations.

Candidate Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
- Experience in financial services and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Track record of success in client interactions.
- Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
