Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through various strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
  • Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and provide personalized, comprehensive strategies.
  • Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience.
  • Create a dynamic and engaging environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
  • Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required.
  • Experience in financial services and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • Track record of success in client interactions.
  • Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.

Pay and Schedule

No ceiling to your earning potential and growth, tied to your efforts. A multi-faceted compensation package includes opportunities for profitability bonuses, profit sharing, and incentive travel.

The pay range for this role is between $50,000 and $125,000, depending on experience and performance.

Schedule

Financial advisors enjoy flexibility in their schedule, with the option to work remotely or in-person, depending on the branch location.
