Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships through various sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
- Understand and address the needs, priorities, and concerns of clients and prospective clients to establish trust and create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, efficient client experience.
- Create and manage the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and achieve business goals.
- Build a supportive and engaging environment within the branch, promoting trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Experience in financial services with a strong track record of success.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.

Schedule

Pay
Compensation is tied to effort and performance, with no ceiling to earning potential. The pay range for this role is between $50,000 and $125,000 annually.
