Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships through various sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
- Understand and address the needs, priorities, and concerns of clients and prospects to establish trust and create personalized strategies for achieving their financial goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, efficient client experience that aligns with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Engage the branch team to develop, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and meet business objectives.
- Create a supportive and collaborative environment within the branch, promoting trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Experience in financial services and a deep understanding of investment products and services.
- Track record of success in client interactions.
- Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Adaptability to new information and problem-solving skills.
