Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice through various sourcing strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
- Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience and compliance with firm policies and procedures.
- Create and adjust the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and meet business goals.
- Build a supportive and engaging environment within the branch.
Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a proven track record of success.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.

Pay
Earn a competitive salary, commissions, and new asset compensation with no ceiling to your earning potential and growth. The pay range for this role is $50,000 to $125,000 annually.
