Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through various strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
- Understand and address the needs, priorities, and concerns of clients and prospects to build trust and provide personalized strategies for achieving their financial goals.
- Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, efficient client experience that aligns with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
- Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and meet business objectives.
- Create a supportive and collaborative environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.

Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
- Experience in financial services and a deep understanding of investment products and services.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- Prioritization of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
