Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships through various sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
- Understand and address the needs, priorities, and concerns of clients and prospects to establish trust and create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience that aligns with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Create and adjust the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and meet business objectives.
- Build a supportive and engaging environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
Requirements
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products and services, with a proven track record of success.
- Preferred state insurance licenses.
- Additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
