Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships through various sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to create personalized, comprehensive strategies that help clients achieve their goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience that aligns with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch that fosters trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
- Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
- Support your clients and engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and achieve desired business results.

Candidate Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Experience in financial services and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- A track record of success in financial services.
- Preferred state insurance licenses.
- Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
