• P Practicing Otolaryngologists (ENT) based in the United States
• General ENTs
• Sub-specialists focusing on pediatric ENT, head and neck surgery, or neurotology
• Should have hands-on experience managing complex patient care pathways in a clinical setting

What You'll Do

• Answer multiple-choice questions regarding your clinical workflows
• Record short voice responses detailing how you handle specific patient care pathways
• Describe your approach to managing specialized care transitions
