US_Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Operate stainless and single-use equipment from thaw to DS fill, supporting lab work to achieve CMC milestones and 2025 pilot goals.
• Plan, document, and analyze experiments.
• Use modeling tools for process predictions.
• Assist with tech transfers to client manufacturing facilities.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment.
• Troubleshoot, perform repairs, and commission new equipment as needed.
• Ensure lab productivity.
• Support lab upgrades.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation projects.

Qualifications

• Solid background in laboratory setting.
• Previous experience with sterile technique and biologics development, preferably at any scale.
• Flexible, fast learner with a strong work ethic, good interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent laboratory, computer, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Good communication abilities.
