US_EN_Sales_Account Sales Manager

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the Account Sales Manager (ASM) performs outside sales of product inventory while driving an assigned route of accounts. The role focuses on increasing product sales and placement of product displays at both large and small‑format “off‑premise” stores, upselling inventory, cooler space, and displays, and servicing customers in a safe, productive manner according to Red Bull executional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage products and relationships with customer contacts for sale of Red Bull products at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) accounts.
• Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Perform outside sales functions and complete other tasks as assigned.
• Evaluate competitors’ activities such as new launches and price reductions.
• Meet monthly goals focused on sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new account set‑up, and other merchandising components.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation, ensuring fresh product and proper brand flow per Red Bull standards.
• Increase inventory and diversity of products at each RBDC‑assigned account while improving in‑store branding and delivering fresh product.
• Work collaboratively across the organization, share best practices, and act as a major contributor/leader among peers.
• Maintain relationships with customer contacts at each RBDC‑assigned account.

Requirements

• Valid US driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in sales, account management, and direct store delivery (DSD) is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
