Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Elicit and document reporting requirements.
• Analyze current-state laboratory and regulatory reporting processes.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business priorities.
• Maintain and prioritize the implementation backlog.
• Serve as Product Owner Proxy during sprint execution.
• Align business requirements with solution design.
• Validate reporting outputs and dashboards.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Obtain business stakeholder feedback and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management.
• Experience within laboratory operations, quality management, regulatory affairs, or scientific research environments.
• Strong knowledge of reporting processes, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience developing user stories, business process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile product management and backlog prioritization.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certification preferred.
