What You’ll Be Doing

• Financial Leadership & Reporting
• Lead U.S. accounting operations including general ledger, financial reporting, cost/inventory accounting, and period-end closures
• Ensure timely and accurate budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure clear communication on actuals vs Forecast for the US businesses
• Deliver proactive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Coordinates US Capex investments activities
• Support the Operations leadership teams for the US plants
• Technical Accounting & Operations
• Oversee technical accounting functions: invoicing, costing, inventory, payroll/labor, and GL processes
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to optimize working capital and operational efficiency
• Maintain proficiency in global financial systems to ensure data integrity and effective decision support
• Controls & Integration
• Maintain and enhance internal control policies and procedures
• Support acquisition integration by aligning new processes with existing business standards
• Team Development & Leadership
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering ownership and accountability
• Promote continuous learning and professional development through training and industry engagement
• Support cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc requests across departments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a global manufacturing or industrial setting
• CPA or CMA
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and internal controls
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
