About the role

Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and testing of real-time embedded software systems for mission-critical defense applications. The selected candidate will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, software design, coding, integration, debugging, verification, and formal qualification testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and test real-time embedded software systems
• Participate in requirements analysis, software design, coding, integration, debugging, verification, and formal qualification testing
• Support hardware integration and testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of real-time embedded software development
• Strong experience programming in Ada
• Experience with software integration and hardware integration/testing
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• U.S. Citizenship (Required)
• Active Secret Security Clearance (Required)
