US and Canada Operational Risk Leader, Marsh Risk

This role will lead the strengthening and modernization of operational risk and internal control capabilities across the end-to-end client and placement lifecycle. The Senior Operational Risk Leader will serve as a technical practice leader and strategic partner to the First Line, helping to drive consistent, scalable, and effective risk management outcomes across value streams. This role will also play an important part in connecting the Three Lines model by partnering closely with Risk & Compliance and Internal Audit.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a standardized operational risk and internal control framework tailored to Marsh’s brokerage and advisory environment.
- Drive operational risk event, issue, and remediation management, including incident triage, root cause analysis, closure validation, and sustainable corrective actions.
- Build and enhance key risk indicators, dashboards, thematic reporting
