Responsibilities

• Provide general urology services.
• Option to focus on subspecialties such as oncology.
• Approximately two days in the operating room per week, utilizing da Vinci XI robotic systems (robotic experience preferred but not required).
• Approximately two days in clinic per week.
• Call duties on a 1:7 schedule.
• Mentor residents and fellows.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board‑eligible or board‑certified urologist.
• Experienced physicians or recent graduates seeking a supportive environment.

Schedule

Full‑time position with a typical week of two OR days, two clinic days, and call duties on a 1:7 rotation.

The practice is part of a 500‑bed level II trauma center equipped with three da Vinci XI robotic systems. The surrounding area offers outdoor recreation, affordable housing, excellent public and private schools, and is close to national parks, Washington, D.C., and Dulles Airport.
