About the role

Urology Physician providing comprehensive general urology services to adult and elderly patients, including outpatient care, procedures, and surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy practice with 20–25 patients daily, supported by APPs, medical assistants, and a practice manager.
• Utilize on‑site ambulatory surgery center with laser equipment, and access robotics and laparoscopic surgery at affiliated hospitals.
• Offer services such as DEXA, infusion, and lab testing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong background in general urology.
• Surgical skills and experience with outpatient and procedural care.
• Ability to handle a high‑volume practice in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Duties

• Perform outpatient visits, surgical procedures, and minimally invasive surgeries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to a growing referral base.
• Support the clinic's operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Pay

Salary of $750,000 plus production‑based RVUs.
