About the Role

We are expanding our provider pool and seeking a professional interested in both clinic and call coverage. The position offers a hybrid schedule from Monday to Friday, with options for either half-day clinic or elective operating room (OR) plus inpatient coverage.

• Half-day clinic hours: typically 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, lunch break, then 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
• Saturday and Sunday coverage is inpatient only.

Pay

• Monday–Friday: $5,950 for 10 gratis hours. Any hours beyond 10 are billable at $490 per callback hour.
• Saturday–Sunday (inpatient only): $4,750 for 24 gratis hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle 5–10 phone consults per day.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient coverage, including rounding on active consults.
• Admissions are managed by hospitalists; no admissions per shift are expected.

Support & Patient Details

• Support Staff: Local urologists available via phone, nursing staff, urology techs, and hospitalists.
• Patient Age: Primarily adults; very few pediatric patients.
