About the role

Seeking a full-time general urology physician to join an expanding department supported by experienced APPs, robotic technology, and a recently upgraded clinic located on a medical campus. Located in Santa Fe, NM, the area is renowned for its arts, outdoor recreation, rich Southwestern culture, and a vibrant community with a moderate cost of living. The city features historic architecture, scenic landscapes, and a lively cultural scene, making it an attractive place to live and work.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult patient care
• Participate in a 4‑day workweek with flexible scheduling
• Handle approximately five weekdays of call per month, with no weekend call

Qualifications

• Proficiency in adult urology
• Experience with EMR systems such as Epic
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team supported by five APPs in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Pay

Competitive base salary of $700,000 with a $76.50 wRVU conversion factor and a $120,000 sign‑on bonus.
