You'll work in a fully equipped surgical environment with access to advanced technologies like the DaVinci Xi and Aquablation, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence.
Position Highlights
Full-time, employed Urology position
Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM
Shared weekend call
ER call coverage required — minimum 7 days/month
Practice split: 60% outpatient clinic / 40% OR
Clinical volume: 24 patients/day in clinic; 15–20 surgical cases/week
Advanced surgical technology on-site, including DaVinci Xi and Aquablation
Dedicated MAs and clinical support staff
Team structure: 2 full-time urologists, 1 PA, 1 RN
Practice site: St. Mary's Hospital, Tucson — a DNV-certified Primary Plus Stroke Center with comprehensive bariatric and cardiac capabilities
Candidate Requirements
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
AZ medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
