Urologist - Inpatient Locum Tenens

About the Role

This inpatient urologist position provides 24-hour coverage through scheduled shifts, managing general urological cases and performing procedures such as endoscopy, ureteroscopy, and laser treatments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality inpatient care during on-site shifts
• Manage approximately 6-12 patients daily
• Participate in call coverage with a ratio of 1:4 to 1:6
• Handle cases independently with support from onsite APRNs
• Use Epic EMR for documentation
• Respond to callbacks during call shifts

Requirements

• Board certification in Urology (mandatory)
• Expertise in general urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, ureteroscopy, and laser procedures
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical and communication skills
