About the role

PeaceHealth is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Urologist to join a brand‑new practice with state‑of‑the‑art technology at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham, Washington. The role encompasses a broad scope of practice including general urology and female urology, with strong support and referrals from local PeaceHealth Medical Groups. The physician will work in multiple ORs with an employed anesthesia team, have access to a Da Vinci Xi robot, and use the EPIC EMR system while helping to build the new program in a dedicated, collegial team.

Schedule

Full‑time position: 2 clinic days and 2 surgery days per week, plus a half day of administrative work.

Pay

Compensation is $560,601 per year. A signing bonus and relocation assistance are available. An 18‑month salary guarantee is provided, after which the physician can earn up to an additional 10% through value‑based measures under a productivity‑based compensation model.

• MD or DO degree
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Urology
• Experience required
