About the role

The Division of Urology within the Integrated Surgical Institute at Cleveland Clinic Florida is seeking a Fellowship-trained Men’s Health, Andrology, and Male Infertility Urologist to join our expanding, high-performing team serving Weston and Coral Springs.

Responsibilities

• Establish a dedicated male infertility service line, creating new referral pathways, while generating additional outpatient procedural volume.
• Enhance the reputation of the Men’s Health Program, strengthening opportunities for philanthropy, and serving as a key faculty member in the development of a future fellowship training program.

Requirements

• Fellowship-trained in Urology, with a specialization in Andrology and Male Infertility.
• Desire to establish a dedicated male infertility service line.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and advanced technology.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and innovative practices.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certification in Urology.
• Successful completion of an accredited urology residency program.
• Successful completion of a fellowship in Andrology and/or Male Infertility.
