About the Role

Join a nationally recognized academic urology department as a Urologic Oncology Faculty member, focusing on outpatient oncology care and procedures. This role involves helping to establish a new urologic oncology clinic at the Troy Center for Specialty Care, providing comprehensive care for cancers such as prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular.

The position offers a balanced clinical workload, with approximately 50% outpatient clinic and 50% procedure-based care, utilizing modern facilities and advanced imaging and biomarker testing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a multidisciplinary urologic oncology program.
• Perform minimally invasive evaluations, early detection, and cancer survivorship care.
• Conduct procedures in a dedicated suite, including cystoscopy, bladder biopsy, and transperineal prostate biopsy.
• Collaborate with a comprehensive clinical infrastructure supported by a top-tier academic institution.
• Focus solely on clinical practice, with no teaching or research obligations required.

Requirements

• Fellowship training in urologic oncology is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in oncologic urology; general urologists will be considered.
• Excellent clinical, procedural, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to program development.
