Urogynecology & Pelvic Surgery- Full Time- NP/PA

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our growing Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery team. This position provides a unique opportunity to deliver specialized, patient-centered care to women with pelvic floor disorders in an office based setting.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations with a focus on pelvic floor disorders.
• Diagnose and manage urinary incontinence (stress, urge, mixed), pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, and bowel dysfunction.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including conservative, medical, and surgical treatment options.
• Provide patient education on pelvic health, lifestyle modification, and surgical treatment options.
• Perform office-based procedures such as pessary fitting and management, PTNS (Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation), and bladder catheterization.
• Participate in perioperative care including pre-op evaluation and post-op follow-up.

Team & Support Structure

• Team composed of 3 MDs, 7 APPs.
• Collaborative model supporting a high volume surgical practice.
• Onboarding/training support provided by numerous MDs, APPs and Chief APP as well as the Center for Advanced Practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current state licensure and board certification (PA-C or NP).
• DEA licensure (or eligibility).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; women’s health, urology, gynecology, or surgical experience strongly desirable.
