About the role
The Urogynecology Center at Providence Medical Group is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Urogynecologist to join their practice in Southern Oregon. The practice includes Urogynecology physicians, nurse practitioners, and a comprehensive nursing team, offering the most complete and integrated program for incontinences and pelvic floor disorders in Southern Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Surgical expertise in vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted procedures for treating urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapses, and other pelvic floor conditions
- Office procedures such as cystoscopy, urodynamic testing, botox injections, urethral bulking, and PTNS
- Referrals from Providence Ob/Gyn practice and from all of Southern Oregon and Northern California
- CME days and dollars, cost of licenses, paid membership dues, and paid subscriptions
- Paid board certification
Requirements
- Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship training and/or Board Certification
- Full-time 4-day per week schedule (3 days in clinic, 1 day in OR)
- 1:7 call Urogynecology; 1:7 backup call Gynecology
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Current Oregon medical license
- Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Successful completion of an accredited fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) or equivalent
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong surgical skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
