About the role

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track, specializing in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical training and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Participation in formal teaching curriculum
  • Clinical and surgical treatment of women with the full range of pelvic floor disorders

Requirements

  • M.D. or equivalent degree
  • Board certified or active candidate for certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Subspecialty trained and board certified or active candidate for certification in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery
  • Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
