URGENTLY NEEDED! Restoration Estimator - Mitigation We are actively seeking a motivated and professional Restoration Estimator to join a well-established and rapidly growing restoration company. You'll step in to handle estimating on the mitigation and reconstruction side for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Create detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate (experience w/ Matterport is a plus)following mitigation and contents restoration.Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation from estimate to closeout.Collaborate closely with mitigation teams and clients to ensure smooth transitions into reconstruction.Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, and insurance representatives.Maintain a high standard of client service and professionalism.Participate in company culture and team initiatives, including quarterly meetings and community service events.
