Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Maintain a safe and safe environment for clients
Requirements
Applicants must provide the following documents during the hiring process:
- CPR Certification (If you do not have one yet, you can complete it here: https://nationalcprfoundation.com/courses/healthcare-provider-basic-life-support-2/)
- Physical from an MD stating you are free of communicable diseases or a completed TB form
- Valid car insurance
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass Level 1 and Level 2 background screenings
- Fingerprints on file within the last 5 years (required for background screening)
