URGENTLY HIRING: Child Therapist LCSW LPC RPT (Hybrid)

About the Role

MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. We serve every person, on every spectrum, and are seeking skilled Therapists to provide teletherapy to children (age 5-12) using our custom-built teletherapy platform.

We aim to serve children who haven’t found the right fit elsewhere, face barriers to in-office therapy, and seek to reduce the stigma of therapy by making it fun and engaging. Build your client base from your home or office—we handle the business aspects of private practice for you.

In addition to remote work, we have a home office in North Chesterfield, VA, where you can receive in-person support. We manage credentialing, billing, marketing, scheduling, and documentation, allowing you to focus on therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute sessions
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Offer input on strategies, techniques, and services to expand our impact
• Contribute to the growth and development of MySpectrum

Requirements

• Must be licensed as an LCSW or LPC in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
• Candidates with clinical licenses in multiple states are encouraged to apply
• Registered Play Therapist preferred
• Experience working with diverse populations and children in a virtual setting
• Creative approaches to engage children in online therapy
• High-speed internet access and a HIPAA-protected workspace
• Comfort with remote work and telehealth
• Flexibility to commit long-term as your caseload grows

Schedule
