Adolescent Therapist LCSW LPC RPT (Hybrid)
Are you ready to make a career move that is exciting, challenging, and rewarding? Join a progressive company providing teletherapy throughout Virginia. We are seeking licensed LCSWs or LPCs with experience working with children in both virtual and office-based settings. Those with clinical licenses in multiple states are encouraged to apply.
About the role
MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. We work with every person, on every spectrum, and are seeking skilled Therapists to provide teletherapy to children (age 5-12) as well as in-office sessions using an expansive play therapy and creative arts room.
We aim to serve children who haven’t found the right fit elsewhere, face barriers to in-person therapy, and seek to reduce the stigma of therapy by making it fun and engaging. Instead of building your own private practice, we handle that for you.
In addition to remote teletherapy, we have a home office in North Chesterfield, VA, where you can obtain in-person support. We manage credentialing with insurance carriers, billing (bi-weekly pay regardless of insurance reimbursement), a custom teletherapy platform, marketing, scheduling, and electronic health records.
The Therapist will provide therapy via a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform and in our North Chesterfield office in 45-60 minute sessions. Full-time Therapists average approximately 30 client sessions per week, while part-time Therapists start with a minimum of 7 sessions per week. We work with you to build a manageable caseload and support transitioning to full-time if desired.
