Urgent Role || SAP PP SOLUTION ARCHITECT || Exton, PA Hybrid

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) to design, implement, and support manufacturing solutions. The role will work closely with Production, Operations, and Supply Chain teams and support integrations with MES, QM, MM, and EWM.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA PP solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Work with stakeholders on requirements, fit-gap analysis, and process improvements.
• Configure and support MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers, production orders, and capacity planning.
• Support integration with MES, QM, MM, and EWM.
• Develop functional specifications and support SIT/UAT and go-live.
• Troubleshoot complex SAP PP issues and provide production support.
• Support SAP upgrades, change control, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant SAP experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP.
• Experience with SAP configuration (IMG), testing, and system integration.
• Strong understanding of PP/MM/QM/EWM integration.
• Experience with MES/shop-floor integration is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Agile/Scrum or ITIL certification is a plus.
