Urgent Opening - Driver & Customer Service Tech - Helena, MT

Full-time permanent position based in Helena, MT.

Pay

$17–$19/hour

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• On-call approximately every other week

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, maintain, and retrieve home medical equipment and supplies
• Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use of medical equipment
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, caregivers, and referral sources
• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic documentation accurately
• Safely load, unload, and transport equipment weighing up to 65+ lbs
• Maintain the company vehicle and equipment in a clean and safe condition
• Travel throughout Helena and surrounding rural communities
• Participate in the on-call rotation to support patient needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and travel throughout a large territory
• Healthcare, DME, delivery, or logistics experience preferred but not required
