About the role

The Business Systems Analyst will serve as a subject-matter expert for application design, feature optimization, system enhancements, and integrations for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject-matter expert for D365 and its various modules; design enhancements while supporting the existing implementation.
• Work with business users to design and deploy new requirements and integrations across all deployments.
• Use knowledge of business processes and D365 to identify software gaps and suggest alternatives.
• Define and analyze high-level functional requirements and write specifications.
• Perform impact analyses of any new solutions or changes implemented to the current solution.
• Demonstrate industry best practices and how they would be delivered in the solution.

Requirements

• Experience with a global implementation or roll-out of D365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience supporting finance, operations, procurement, sales, accounting, and similar business areas.
• Experience working with ISVs and integration with different platforms.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and data-migration concepts.
• Strong communication, organization, and client-interaction skills; team player.
