About the role

As an Urgent Care veterinarian, you'll play a crucial role on our team through outpatient receiving of non-critical, urgent cases that present through the ER service. Such cases will include, but are not limited to, bandage changes, ear infections, non-critical urinary issues, and acute lameness.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality medical care from presentation to discharge
  • Utilize, hone, and increase skills and knowledge in urgent care medicine
  • Work with a team of skilled nursing staff, clinicians, and 22 specialists across eight specialties
  • Provide benevolent care and practice comprehensive, quality medicine

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent; all state licensing requirements completed
  • DEA license (state and federal)

  • Passionate about providing benevolent care and practicing comprehensive, quality medicine
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
